A Suggestion From an Email We Received:

"Please reconsider you suggestion of placing potpourri around the house. Some of that stuff smells awful and some people are allergic to scents. Maybe use an unscented air freshener, and bowls of baking soda, or sprinkle carpets with baking soda before vacuuming and dust and mop with lemon scented products but not anything sweet or too obvious. Baking something, as you suggested is also a good idea. I have sold two of my own homes in less than a week, just by having them immaculate including closets and cupboards, and yards. One sold with a homemade sign stuck out on the lawn in two days, and I am just a homemaker. I have also had another of my homes on a home tour, and not because it was big or expensive or overly decorated."

Sincerely,

whupton
