GUIDELINES

  • Please do not post comments and discussion on the Message Board. Discussion will be deleted from the Message Board.

  • Please don't post your ad more than once every sixty days. Posts may be edited at any time by the author using their password. Posts are automatically deleted after sixty days.

  • Please post complete prices inside your post. Please do not ask guests to e-mail you for prices.

  • Please note that replies to your post will not show up on the main board. To see replies, you must go to your post. Replies will show up under the original listing.

  • Please do not write Subject lines in ALL CAPS, and please refrain from using lots of !!!! or *** or gimmicks to draw extra attention to your post. Make your subject line as short and descriptive as possible.

  • Sold By Owner respects the privacy of guests.

  • Note: These boards are for individuals and builders selling homes, other properties, or even advertising of places for rent as "For Sale by Owner."
